Bad applicants

So day 1 of doing the inteviews to try and find another chef for the restaurant. I thought this was going to be easy, but no luck after 5 interviews today. The first interview was the worst by far though. On the guys C.V he had put down that he had previous experience and was a qualified chef, however when i asked him about his past experience all he could tell me was he had done some catering in Austin. I expected him to elaborate on this with maybe the name of the company/restaurant in Austin that he had worked for, but no he said he couldn’t remember their name as it was a long time ago! Needless to say he was quickly thanked for his time. Don’t ring us we’ll ring you….. i didn’t say that although i wanted to. Here’s hoping day 2 goes better.

Every year my family goes camping for two weeks at a forest preserve. It is a wonderful place to be but it is miles and miles away from anywhere.
